Sparks / Neta Lev Tov / 25 min / 2019

Set in, 1994, homophobic Amit returns home a year after the death of his twin brother Yoni of AIDS. He’s surprised to find that Daniel, Yoni’s former partner, and his own family are going to a drag show in his memory.

A Few Problems (self-portrait) / Lukas Graf / 5 min / 2022

An animated character reads out messages from dating apps, personalized ads from social media, recipes from the Internet, and a summary of favorite music from the past few months. What is said is a seemingly random stringing together of words from screenshots that have accumulated on the filmmaker's phone over the years. The abstracted figure thus does not actually speak for themself in any of the words, and yet an unintentionally biographical narrative emerges: data recorded on an everyday basis provide insight into personal crises, coping mechanisms, and social relationships.

Enfant Terrible / Hila Mutsafi / 10 min / 2022

The film is a part of video-performance installation that represents, through the use of texts and water motif, the healing process of trauma. Both represents the research I made on the prevailing perception of the status of women in the Israeli culture.

"I discuss the conflict of gender impurity by using actions that process the drawing word image, creating a new appropriation of the terms, and permitting the heteronormative boundaries through the texts. I transform religious texts into poetry. The texts are a gate in the film and in reality. Entering into the subconscious space allows the healing to begin."
